Kurrajong Park

Kurrajong Park consolidates approximately 19,000 hectares of prime agricultural land on the southern edge of the Liverpool Plains region of NSW. Undulating valleys provide sheltered grazing land for cattle and sheep, and broad plains of deep black soils are ideal for cropping.

Kurrajong Park has one of Australia’s oldest Poll Hereford cattle studs, providing Paspaley herds with premium genetics and the ability to produce bulls and breeding cows for the other properties in the group.

The property produces up to 20,000 tonnes per annum of mixed grain including wheat, canola, barley, oats, sorghum, corn and mung beans. Kurrajong Park can carry 20,000 merino sheep – producing up to 90,000 kilograms of wool annually – together with 3000 cattle and 5000 hectares of broad-acre summer and winter crops.

The cattle herd includes 300 head in the stud and up to 1000 steers, which are reared and fattened on natural pasture.
